Hanul Services does not manufacture, store, own, or directly transport goods, nor do we control external platforms, sellers, courier companies, or customs authorities.

All services are provided on a best-effort basis, subject to availability, processing timelines, and conditions imposed by third-party providers.

Processing Time & Service Expectations

All processing times stated on the website or during quotation are estimates, not guarantees, unless explicitly stated otherwise (e.g., Rush Services).

Processing time may be affected by:

• Bank system availability

• Seller or platform response time

• Courier, cargo, or customs processing

• Public holidays, force majeure, or system downtime

Clients acknowledge that delays caused by external providers are beyond the control of Hanul Services, and such delays do not automatically qualify for refunds unless otherwise stated.
