Is Hanul Services a physical shop? Hanul Services is a 100% online-based concierge and logistics broker. We do not have a physical storefront, which allows us to stay agile and offer competitive digital services.

How much are your service fees? Quotation is always free, and all fees are confirmed *before processing* your request. Fees vary by service type as outlined when you request a quote. There are no hidden charges.
How do I place an order or request a service? You may fill out the order forms found on our website or send us a direct message (DM) on our official X account (@hanulservices) for personalized assistance.
Can I request an item that’s not in your catalog? Yes — as long as it is not too bulky or a restricted item (see restricted list below). Final fees and process will be confirmed with you before you proceed.
What are cargo restricted items? We cannot process or ship the following items due to safety, customs, and legal restrictions:
• Illegal drugs, cash, firearms, explosives
• Perishables, hazardous materials
• Plants, seeds, bulbs
• Tobacco products
• And other items listed below.
How do I check updates? Service updates (bank transfer, purchase, cargo/boxes) are sent by email and/or SMS.
Can I cancel my service and get a refund? Cancellations may be accepted *before* processing begins. Once processing has started, fees are generally non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
Are my personal details safe? Yes. We follow standard data privacy practices and do not share personal information with unauthorized parties.
How fast are the bank transfers processed? We offer Slow Transfers (processed in 15+ minutes) and Rush Transfers (guaranteed within 5 minutes). Note that processing times depend on the availability of our financial partners and remittance channels.
What currencies do you handle? We currently facilitate direct transfers to South Korea (KRW) and Thailand (THB) bank accounts.
What is "Fast ETA" Air Cargo? This is our premium air shipping service from Korea. We guarantee 24-hour delivery to Manila and Clark once the shipment is processed. Rates are calculated based on actual or volumetric weight (whichever is higher).
Do you ship outside of the Philippines? Yes! While our Sea Cargo is exclusive to the Philippines (KR ➡️ PH), we can assist with Global Air Cargo to any country via EMS, DHL, or FedEx.
Do you offer storage for consolidated orders? Yes, we offer two options for Solo Consolidated Boxes: 30-day free storage or unlimited free storage for a specialized service fee.
What if my transfer or shipment is delayed? Processing and delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to external systems (banks, courier, customs) and are beyond our control. We will communicate updates as they occur.
Where do you source your K-media products? We only source from legitimate and trusted Korean retailers, including Aladin, Yes24, GMarket, Apple Music Korea, and Ktown4U.
How much is your service fee for pre-orders? We charge a transparent 5% commission fee on top of the total order price from the Korean store.
What is included in your "Purchasing Assistance"? We handle everything—from paying the Korean supplier and receiving the item at our partner warehouse to managing the final international shipping. All you have to do is pay in Peso and wait for your package.
Can I order plushies? Small to mid-size plushies are accepted. For larger or bulky plushies, shipping costs may be higher. Vacuum seal options are not currently available.
