1. What are your provided services?
Hanul services offers the following–korean bank transfer service, purchasing assistance service, box-sharing and group / bulk orders.
2. How much is the fee for availing your service?
Quotation is free. We only charge a minimal fee of 50PHP or 5% depending on the service availed. For more specific info, kindly check the specific service you’re interested.
3. I saw your product / catalog page, can I request a specific item not on your list?
Sure! Any item is okay as long as it is not too bulky and/or considered as cargo restricted items. Please email us or contact us using the link below to request. Note: If the product requested is either a recently added item or still under a pre-order in Korea, the transaction will fall under the Group Order, otherwise if not, it will fall under our Purchsing Assistance and Box – Sharing service.

Plants Products – product derived from plants either in their natural or processed form.
Planting Materials – Refer to seeds, fruits and parts of aggregate fruits for planting . These also include cuttings, rhizomes, bulbs and corns, grafts, leaves, roots, scions and other that are capable of propagation.
Plants – refers to living plants or seedling.
5. Can I order plushies?
Small to mid size plushies are accepted however for too bulky plushies, we cannot accept it unless the client/customer agrees to pay the shipping fee of the item from Korea to PH. Note: Vacuum sealed add on service is not yet available therefore shipping of bulky plushies are not recommended as it will cost alot for the client/customer.
6. How do I check updates?
For service updates, the client will be receiving updates through email. However, for order updates, the customer may check our tracking page at https://hanulsvcs-orderupdate.carrd.co from time to time. Once all orders under the batch has been consolidated, the customer will then start to receive updates through sms.
