Refund eligibility depends on the status of the service request.
Eligible for Refund:
If the service request has not yet been processed or submitted to third-party providers
If the transaction fails due to an internal processing error by Hanul Services
Non-Refundable Cases:
Once payment, purchase, or booking has been successfully processed
Change of mind after confirmation
Delays caused by third-party platforms, banks, couriers, or customs
Price changes, exchange rate fluctuations, or seller-initiated cancellations
Ticketing Services:
Assistance fees are refundable only if the reservation or purchase is unsuccessful, as stated in the service description.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
Fees, Payments & Exchange Rates
All service fees are disclosed and confirmed prior to processing.
Fees may include service handling, coordination, processing, and applicable third-party charges.
Exchange rates are based on prevailing market rates at the time of transaction and may vary due to currency fluctuations.
Once payment is confirmed and processing has begun, fees are considered final.
