Financial Data: Bank account numbers or payment details required for international transfers.
Shipping Details: Full delivery addresses and recipient names for cargo fulfillment.
Transaction History: Records of your orders, shipping manifests, and payment confirmations.
Your data is used strictly for the fulfillment of your requested services:
Processing secure bank transfers to South Korea and Thailand.
Coordinating with third-party logistics partners and warehouses for shipping.
Communicating updates regarding your pre-orders, cargo ETA, or ticketing status.
We do not sell your personal data. However, as an Asset-Light Brokerage, we must share necessary details with our trusted network to complete your request:
Financial Partners: Sharing account numbers with remittance contacts to process transfers.
Logistics Providers: Sharing delivery addresses with cargo companies (EMS, DHL, FedEx, and sea freight partners).
Retailers: Providing necessary info to Korean stores (Aladin, Yes24, etc.) for direct-to-address sourcing.
We take the security of your information seriously. Bank details provided for one-time transfers are not stored permanently in our active databases after the transaction is finalized. We use secure cloud-based tools to manage our workflows and minimize unauthorized access.
Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. Hanul Services is not liable for financial loss or shipping delays caused by incorrect data entry (e.g., wrong bank account number or shipping address).
