Fee Breakdown
Assistance Fee: Flat 15% rate added to your total official ticket price.
Calculation: Total Ticket Price × 0.15 = Assistance Fee
Example: For a ₱10,000 ticket, the assistance fee is ₱1,500, bringing the total amount due to ₱11,500.
Important Reminders
Upfront Payment Required: To lock in your queue slot, payment must be settled inside the request form. Unpaid entries are automatically discarded.
Flexible Payment Cutoff: You can submit and remit funds up to two (2) hours before the ticket sale begins.
Strict Account Ceiling: Maximum limit of two (2) client accounts per event day to ensure high-quality queue focus per device.
Secure & Refundable: If unsuccessful, 100% of ticket price and 80% of assistance fee is systematically returned within 24 hours.
